Gmail, Google Drive had an error that could not be loaded this morning
On the morning of March 13, many users around the world reported that they could not send emails, download files, or view files on Google's online tools such as Gmail and Drive.
The error reporting site Downdetector recorded that at around 9am on March 13, nearly 3,000 people reported that they could not send emails using Gmail. This error affected people all over the world, including Vietnam.

In addition to Gmail, the Google Drive storage platform also received 600 error reports. Most users encountered the situation of not being able to scan for viruses before downloading, and not being able to view pdf files online.
On the error map, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, some areas of the US and Australia recorded the most people experiencing problems.
"This morning, I and many people in the company could not send emails to customers using Gmail," said Nguyen Minh Khoa, a video editor in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
"I can't download the file. When I click download, Drive says it can't scan for viruses and cancels the download. If I view the pdf online, I can only see the first page," Thanh Hung, a marketing staff in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, shared.
On Twitter, many users added the hashtag #Googledown to their posts. "Gmail and Google's business platforms are having trouble working today," tweeted @shepatiancaya.
