Called thugs to kill neighbor over a few drops of fish washing water
Phan Tien Vinh, 34 years old, called a group of people to hack his neighbor to death after the two sides argued and fought over pouring fish washing water.

Mr. Nguyen Hung's wife (44 years old, in Long Hai town, Long Dien district) threw fish washing water into the alley in front of her house and it hit the wall of Pham Tien Vinh's house on the afternoon of December 7.
After arguing with the woman, Vinh took a hammer and hit the wall in retaliation. Mr. Hung was sleeping when he was woken up by the hammer. The two men argued and then started fighting.
Phan Tien Vinh called a group of young men with weapons to hack his neighbor to death and then fled together.
Ba Ria - Vung Tau police are hunting for the perpetrators.
