I am honored to be nominated by my workplace and by voters in my place of residence to run for the 17th Provincial People's Council, 2016-2021 term; it is even more honored to be nominated in my hometown - Dien Chau. If elected as a Provincial People's Council delegate this time, I will try to fulfill my responsibilities as a People's Council delegate according to regulations and focus on doing well the following contents:

Firstly: Regularly contact and meet voters to listen to their opinions and aspirations to honestly reflect their opinions and recommendations to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies, contributing to making the Provincial People's Council truly a representative body of the people, truly carrying the breath of life of the people.

Second: Actively propagate and disseminate laws, mechanisms and policies of the Party and State to the people, and at the same time mobilize people to properly implement and strictly comply with the Constitution and laws.

Third: Perform well the responsibility of receiving and handling complaints, denunciations and recommendations from citizens. Specifically, research and classify them to transfer them to the competent authority to resolve complaints, denunciations and recommendations from citizens according to the provisions of law and notify the complainants, denouncers and recommendations. At the same time, regularly urge, monitor and supervise the resolution.

Fourth: I will fully participate in the activities, contents and working programs of the Provincial People's Council; actively participate in the process of innovation and improvement of the quality of the People's Council's activities; at the same time, constantly study and improve my qualifications and capacity to perform well the duties of a People's Council delegate, not letting down the trust and support of voters.

Fifth: In addition to the general issue, for Dien Chau district, where I am running for the position of Provincial People's Council delegate, I will scientifically arrange the work program, spend a lot of time on field trips to grasp the practical situation of the locality, promptly convey the difficulties and problems of the district to competent authorities for consideration and resolution, actively contribute with the Party Committee and the government of Dien Chau district to successfully implement the Resolution of the 30th District Party Congress, term 2015 - 2020, with the specific goals set to build the district Party Committee to achieve "Strong Party Committee", ranking at the top of the district block in the whole province and soon achieving the criteria of a new rural district.
