Father and son fight over the crime of killing their uncle over land dispute

Previously, at around 10:00 p.m. on October 7, two brothers, Ngo Van Tinh (45 years old) and Ngo Van Tung (43 years old), both living in Giap Ngu village (Mai Dinh, Hiep Hoa), argued loudly because they thought their biological mother had unfairly divided the land.
Seeing that, Mr. Tung's son, Ngo Van Vuong (19 years old), took a knife and threw it at Mr. Tinh (his uncle) in the chest, causing the victim to die on the way to the emergency room.
Mr. Tinh was determined to have died from a wound to the heart and a ruptured lung. After committing the crime, Mr. Tung and his son fled but were later persuaded by their family to surrender.
At the investigation agency, Ngo Van Vuong admitted to throwing a knife to kill Mr. Tinh, and the father also admitted that he personally stabbed Mr. Tinh to death.
