(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 17, Squadron 137, Navy Region 1, in coordination with Drug Crime Prevention Task Force No. 2, Coast Guard Command, organized the contest "I love my homeland's sea and islands" at Phuc Tho Secondary School, Nghi Loc District.

The contestants went through four rounds of competition with enthusiasm and solidarity. The competition focused on learning about the traditions of the Navy; Vietnam Maritime Law 2012; Vietnam Coast Guard Law 2018; Functions, tasks and powers of the Coast Guard; propaganda about the harmful effects of drugs and school violence...

The contest contributes to raising awareness of the situation of seas and islands, arousing pride and love for the homeland and country in each teacher and student before the task of firmly protecting the sovereignty of the seas, islands and sacred continental shelf of the Fatherland in the new situation.

On this occasion, the Party Committee of Squadron 137 presented 5 gifts to students in difficult circumstances who achieved high results in their studies.
