According to investigation documents, on the evening of October 9, Duc and his friends went to a goat meat restaurant in Ky Lien ward to eat. When leaving, they had a conflict with Hoang Dinh Tho (27 years old), Le Hoang Anh (24 years old) and some people sitting at the next table.
Duc got into an argument and fight with Tho. During the fight, Duc grabbed a homemade sword and chased Tho and Hoang Anh to slash them.
With 13% health damage, Hoang Anh is being treated at Hue Central Hospital.
