According to investigation documents, on the evening of October 9, Duc and his friends went to a goat meat restaurant in Ky Lien ward to eat and drink. When they left, they had a conflict with Hoang Dinh Tho (27 years old), Le Hoang Anh (24 years old) and some people sitting at the next table.
Duc got into an argument and fought with Tho. During the fight, Duc grabbed a homemade sword and chased Tho and Hoang Anh.
Tho suffered 13% health damage, Hoang Anh is being treated at Hue Central Hospital.
