Two young men about 25 years old driving an Exciter motorbike (license plate unknown) took advantage of a loophole to break the lock and steal an SH motorbike with license plate number: 60B8 - 448.88 parked in front of a store.

After successfully breaking the lock, both subjects quickly drove away towards Binh Duong.
