According to a post on Facebook, the incident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. on March 30 at the Tri An intersection, Dong Nai province.
Two young men around 25 years old driving an Exciter motorbike (license plate unknown) took advantage of a loophole to break the lock and steal an SH motorbike with license plate number 60B8 - 448.88 parked in front of a store.
After successfully breaking the lock, both subjects quickly drove away towards Binh Duong.
The vehicle owner contacted the store to extract camera images and asked the authorities to find the vehicle's whereabouts./.
