(Baonghean.vn) - From November 11 to November 15, comrade Vi Hoe - Secretary of Ky Son District Party Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council delegation in Ky Son, had meetings with voters in Muong Tip, Muong Ai, Huu Lap communes and Muong Xen town.

At the meetings at 4 locations, there were nearly 60 comments on a number of issues that many voters were interested in, such as: Requesting competent authorities to soon have a plan to evacuate over 400 households in 8 villages of Muong Tip and Muong Ai communes, and blocks 4 and 5, Muong Xen town, as well as over 230 students of Nam Tip Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities to a safe place, avoiding the risk of landslides in the upcoming rainy season of 2019; soon asphalting Road 7B from Muong Xen to the center of Muong Tip and Muong Ai communes; Voters of Ta Do village, Muong Tip commune requested superiors to inform them whether Nam Mo 2 hydropower plant will continue to be built or not, so that people have a direction for economic development; voters of 2 communes requested to soon provide rice to support people in flood areas; need to soon provide national grid electricity to villages without electricity...

Receiving opinions and recommendations from voters in border communes, comrade Vi Hoe answered voters: Regarding the relocation of households and schools subject to relocation due to floods and landslides, Ky Son district has a plan to relocate people to new residences, however, due to the huge cost, exceeding the budget, the district is waiting for capital from the Central Government; The amount of rice allocated by the province will be transferred to people in flood-affected areas in November.
