Hundreds of candidates taking the National High School Exam are exempted from fees when crossing the Phuong ferry.
(Baonghean.vn) - To support and facilitate candidates taking the 2018 National High School Exam, hundreds of candidates crossing the Phuong ferry, Thanh Giang commune, Thanh Chuong district were exempted from fees.

At Phuong ferry terminal, on the morning of June 25, the ferries operated earlier than usual to transport candidates from Dang Thai Mai High School (located in Thanh Giang commune) to take the exam at Nguyen Si Sach High School (located in Thanh Duong commune).

In this exam, Dang Thai Mai High School has nearly 390 candidates taking the National High School Exam, of which nearly 150 candidates take the exam at Dang Thuc Hua High School and more than 250 candidates take the exam at Nguyen Si Sach High School.
If going by road (along National Highway 46) from Thanh Giang commune to Nguyen Si Sach High School, the distance is 14km, while going by Phuong ferry, the distance is only 5km, so many candidates chose to go by Phuong ferry to take the exam.

To support and assist candidates when crossing Phuong ferry to take the National High School Exam, Thanh Giang Commune Police in coordination with Thanh Giang Commune Youth Union and the boat house have carefully prepared and ensured safety in taking candidates across the ferry.
Candidates crossing the Phuong ferry are completely free during the exam days. In addition to reminding and handing out life jackets to candidates, police and youth union members also help students get their vehicles on and off the ferry.
