The impressive journey to the National U15 final of Nhu Thuat - Van Quyen's students
(Baonghean.vn) - Playing excellently in the qualifying round, easily winning the top spot in the final round, and easily defeating SHB Da Nang in the semi-finals, U15 SLNA is full of hope to successfully defend its championship.
With 7 wins and 1 draw, scoring 32 goals and conceding none, SLNA demonstrated the absolute strength of the defending champion in the qualifying round against Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, SHB Da Nang and U15 Saigon.
In the qualifying matches, the 9-0 victory over Quang Ngai and 8-0 victory over Quang Nam were impressive performances by coaches Phan Nhu Thuat and Pham Van Quyen.
With 22 points and the top spot, U15 SLNA confidently came to Ho Chi Minh City to participate in the final round with the goal of defending the championship won last season.

Falling into a group predicted to be difficult with the participation of Thanh Hoa, HAGL and host TP HCM, U15 SLNA continued to show impressive performance. Students of Nhu Thuat - Van Quyen defeated U15 Thanh Hoa with a score of 2-1 in the first match with 2 goals from Dang Ba Ha and Cai Van Quy.
In the second match of the group stage, U15 SLNA continued to win with a score of 4-1 in the match against the home team TP.HCM. The scorers for the Nghe team were Ngo Van Bac, Cai Van Quy, Vo Cong Quy and Nguyen Van Bay.
In the final match against a very strong opponent in youth training, HAGL, the young players from Nghe An had a match on par with the team from Pho Nui. The 0-0 result was enough to help U15 SLNA win a ticket to the semi-finals, while forcing U15 HAGL to sadly leave the tournament after finishing the group stage.

In the semi-finals, U15 SLNA met U15 SHB Da Nang again, the team they had won with a total score of 4-0 after two matches in the qualifying round. In the heavy rain on the afternoon of June 25, SLNA's attacking style was somewhat limited by the slippery field and many water spots. However, 2 goals from Cai Van Quy and captain Ngo Van Bac helped U15 SLNA defeat U15 SHB Da Nang with a score of 2-0 to win the right to play in the final match.
SLNA U15's opponent in the final match is Thanh Hoa U15, the team they defeated with a score of 2-1 in the group stage. The final match of the 2019 National U15 tournament will take place at 4:00 p.m. on June 28 at Thong Nhat Stadium.
