In particular, the subjects had the participation of foreigners.

After receiving instructions from the Board of Directors of Nghe An Police, PC04 Department established project 243L under the direct direction of the department's leaders, assigning detectives of team 2 to directly investigate and verify.
The hot, stuffy summer days could not penetrate the tense, stifling atmosphere at the "case" meetings of the Special Investigation Committee. Because the Special Investigation Committee determined that the subjects in this network were all extremely reckless and cunning "old foxes". Besides, the subjects had the participation of foreigners, so the verification and clarification work encountered many difficulties.
Meticulous plans were made to prepare for a "battle" with the determination not to spare criminals but to ensure absolute safety for the participating forces and the masses.

Cast net to capture 5 subjects
On August 6, the Task Force received information that the subjects would transport a large amount of "goods" from Laos to the North (Vietnam). Hundreds of officers and soldiers of Nghe An Police in coordination with the Drug Investigation Department (Ministry of Public Security) and Thai Nguyen Provincial Police gathered at two key points, Cau Treo (Ha Tinh) and Thai Nguyen Province, all ready to hold their breath waiting for the "G" hour.
On August 7, on the way from Nghe An to the North, the group's car with license plate 30A-36910 was traveling at a very high speed, making it very difficult for the detectives to closely follow the movements of the subjects.

At 6:00 p.m. the same day, when the suspects' car was traveling on the Thai Nguyen - Bac Can highway (in Quang Trung 1 hamlet, Son Cam commune, Thai Nguyen city), the task force saw the opportunity and decided to crack the case. Immediately, the task force approached the suspects' car in an attempt to block the front and rear, but the suspects resisted and deliberately rammed the car head-on into the officers and soldiers. When there was no way back, the suspects barricaded themselves in the car, and the task force had to use a hammer to break the car window to arrest the suspects.
Checking the car, they discovered 120 heroin cakes hidden under the floor mat. The task force had to use scissors to cut the mats to get all the drugs.
The suspects arrested at the scene were: NengVaVue Norduoa (born in 1984, residing in Co Hay commune, Kham Cot district, Bo Ly KhamXay province, Laos); Vu A So (born in 1987) and Vu A Thai (born in 1980), both residing in Na U commune, Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province.

These two subjects were identified as having the task of receiving the above drugs.
At the investigation agency, through the struggle, the subject Dao Van Kinh confessed to transporting the above amount of drugs for a Laotian owner with a salary of 10 million VND/1 cake.
Currently, the police force is continuing to investigate and expand the case./.
