During the NATO summit, as the alliance's Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg was inviting the visiting leaders of member states to the meeting place, the White House chief rudely nudged Montenegro Prime Minister Dushko Markovic to secure his place in the first row. Video footage showed that Mr. Markovic was frustrated by Donald Trump's behavior.
