Mr. Trump sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General asking for an investigation into incidents during his visit to the General Assembly.
US President Donald Trump will call for an investigation into allegations of sabotage that occurred during the United Nations General Assembly.

According to RIA Novosti on September 25, US President Donald Trump sent a letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres requesting an investigation into incidents during his visit to the General Assembly.
"This is not a coincidence. This is sabotage at the United Nations three times. They should be ashamed. I am sending this letter to the Secretary General and requesting an immediate investigation," President Donald Trump wrote on the social network Truth Social.
"It's no surprise that the United Nations has failed in its mission. All escalator security footage needs to be preserved, especially the footage of the emergency stop button," the White House boss added, stressing that the US Secret Service will also be involved in this process.
Earlier, on September 23, President Trump got stuck on an escalator while moving at the United Nations headquarters. He later mentioned the incident when speaking at the General Assembly.
A source within the UN told RIA Novosti that the escalator suddenly stopped while going up because someone accidentally activated the safety mechanism. The Secretary-General's Office confirmed this information, noting that the culprit could be an operator from the US delegation.
Additionally, during US President Donald Trump's speech, the teleprompter did not work.
Additionally, Mr. Trump also pointed out the sound problem. The American leader declared that his speech could only be heard by those in the hall with translation headphones.
