Provincial People's Council plans to supervise 11 issues in 2018

At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council plans to select 11 prominent issues for supervision, such as: Supervision of the economic efficiency of cooperatives; Supervision of the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets; Planning and construction efficiency of hydropower projects in the period of 2015-2017; Supervision of the implementation of conclusions after supervision of vocational training and job creation, and the implementation of labor export policies in Nghe An province in the period of 2015-2017.

The provincial working delegation supervised the management and implementation of urban projects in Cua Lo town.

In addition, the Provincial People's Council will supervise the implementation of laws on environmental protection, labor safety and policies for workers in Nghe An province; supervise the management and use of the Forest Protection and Development Fund in Nghe An province, period 2013-2017; supervise the State management of a number of business lines with conditions on security and order in the province.

In addition, the plan for the monitoring program of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in 2018 also focuses on monitoring the organization of the apparatus and payroll, labor contracts in state administrative agencies, public service units in the province; health insurance policies, support for preferential credit loans for the poor, ethnic minorities, and disadvantaged mountainous areas...

Concluding this content, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son agreed with the survey plan in building a monitoring program in 2018.

However, he noted that it is necessary to minimize overlap, composition and number of members of the monitoring team.

The content of supervision must be focused and key, reducing the form of work at departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to focus on actual surveys and not affect the activities of agencies and units when conducting supervision.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son requested that after the monitoring programs, the Provincial People's Council promptly report to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to grasp the situation, serving the leadership and direction process; at the same time, issue conclusions on the results of the programs and monitoring contents for the monitored units to implement.

In the morning, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council also focused on evaluating the work results of January and key tasks of February 2018; giving opinions on the Draft Work Program for 2018 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII.
