The above content was approved by the Provincial People's Council in the Resolution on accepting the resignation of the delegate of the 17th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, term 2016 - 2021, at the 14th session held on the morning of May 14 in Vinh City, Nghe An.

Previously, based on Clause 1, Article 101 of the Law on Organization of Local Government on the termination of the duties of a delegate in case a People's Council delegate no longer works and does not reside in the administrative unit in which he/she is a delegate, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council submitted a proposal to the Provincial People's Council to consider accepting Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuy's termination of his/her duties as a delegate of the 17th Provincial People's Council.

Previously, implementing Decision No. 1180/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2020 of the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on the transfer of cadres and civil servants and Decision No. 468/QD - KTNT dated April 24, 2020 of the State Auditor General on the reception and appointment of cadres and civil servants, from May 1, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuy ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Mai town and was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the State Audit Office.
