Failing to rape a girl in the same village, a young man slashed 4 people to death, including 2 children.
Regarding the above incident, Mr. Lo Van Phong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Trong Commune, Thach An District, Cao Bang Province said that at around 1:00 a.m. on May 7, a serious murder case occurred in the commune.
According to Mr. Phong, a local young man, after returning from building a new house for his relatives, had the intention of raping a girl in a village in the area, but the victim ran away.

At this time, the girl ran to her relative's house next door to call for help.
Seeing the victim running away, the young man chased after her with a knife and slashed her to death as she approached her relative's house.
At that time, 3 relatives of the victim had just stepped outside when this person seriously injured them, including 2 children. As a result, all three victims died.
Mr. Phong also said that after committing the crime, the suspect was arrested by the police.
Colonel Nguyen Van Hong - Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police confirmed the serious case and said that the perpetrator was arrested immediately after. Through investigation, the suspect is a local.
