Rape of a child in the same neighborhood on the way to buy alcohol
(Baonghean.vn) - On the way to buy alcohol, Bon saw a child playing on the side of the road, so he took the child into an acacia garden and committed a depraved act.
On the morning of September 20, the People's Court of Quy Hop district opened a criminal trial against defendant Quang Van Bon (born in 1983, residing in De hamlet, Yen Hop commune, Quy Hop district) for the crime of "Raping children".

According to the indictment, at around 4:00 p.m. on March 30, 2018, Quang Van Bon and some friends invited each other to kill snakes and drink alcohol.Here, everyone said Bon went to buy alcohol. When he reached the intersection of Xom De, Bon saw QML sitting and playing by the roadside. Bon approached the child and said, "Go work a little, I will give you money."
Bon took the child into an acacia garden by the roadside, took off her pants and raped her. Bon told the child “don’t tell anyone when you get home”, then continued to buy alcohol.
On the afternoon of March 31, 2018, when the grandmother was bathing the child, she saw that the child's genitals were swollen. When the grandmother asked, the child recounted the whole incident. The child's grandmother filed a report with the Quy Hop Police Investigation Agency.
A day later, Bon turned himself in to the police and admitted his crime. At the time of Bon's rape, L. was only 11 years, 3 months and 20 days old.
At the trial, defendant Quang Van Bon confessed to all of his crimes as stated in the indictment.
The People's Court sentenced defendant Quang Van Bon to 4 years in prison for "Raping a child" and ordered him to pay 10 million VND in compensation for mental, dignity and honor damage to the child.
