In 2022,Provincial Military Commandpromptly advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct districts, cities and towns to effectively organize and implement the work of planning.train, drills, checks on readiness to mobilize reserve soldiers and reserve technical equipment.

The agencies and units receiving resources must do a good job of registering, managing, planning, organizing coordination, reviewing and grasping the resources and implementing correctly and fully the content, programs, training time, drills, and mobilization readiness checks. After performing the task, ensure full policies and regimes for reserve soldiers and their families to participate in training, drills, and mobilization readiness checks in accordance with regulations.

During the implementation of the mission, the reserve soldiers always promoted their roles and responsibilities well, strictly followed the mobilization orders, and ensured safety. The localities that performed their tasks well include: Dien Chau, Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, Cua Lo town and Vinh city.

In 2023, Nghe An province was assigned by the Prime Minister and the Minister of National Defense the target of mobilizing 3,188 reserve soldiers and 55 reserve technical vehicles to focus on training, drills, and mobilization readiness inspections.

At the conference, the Provincial Military Command organized the signing of a contract for training, drills, and inspection of mobilization readiness of reserve forces in 2023 between military transfer and receiving units.

Accordingly, the Military Commands of districts, cities and towns proactively advise the People's Committees at the district level to promptly assign targets to the People's Committees at the commune level; coordinate with the receiving unit to estimate the expected time of concentration and notify reserve soldiers and vehicle owners with mobilized technical means to arrange time and arrange work appropriately before implementing the concentration call in accordance with legal regulations.

Preside over and coordinate with the unit receiving the source to re-examine the reserve mobilization force at the grassroots level, finalize the list of troops, sufficient quantity, quality and accompanying procedural documents; advise the People's Committee at the district level to develop a central plan to deploy tasks for relevant departments and branches, promote the political organization system at all levels to ensure mobilization tasks.

Units receiving resources need to coordinate early with localities on the time and location of training, drills, and mobilization readiness checks so that localities can notify reserve soldiers and owners of technical equipment to arrange work to participate in implementation; coordinate with localities to organize infiltration of reserve soldiers and owners of equipment with mobilized technical equipment to ensure the quantity and quality of the units under their management, ensuring combat readiness when there is a mobilization order.

Do a good job of preparing, receiving, and training reserve soldiers strictly according to regulations, creating the best conditions for arranging clean and spacious places to eat, stay, and train. During the mobilization and training process, promptly meet and encourage reserve soldiers who encounter unexpected difficulties.

At the end of the training session, the unit will review the training results of each individual reserve soldier and vehicle owner with mobilized technical equipment and send them to the military agency to summarize and draw experience and notify the locality to take measures to manage and evaluate the results of the implementation of local military and defense tasks./.
