(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 16, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front of the districts held the second consultation conference to establish a preliminary list of candidates for the district People's Council for the 2016-2021 term.

* In Quynh Luu,With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the conference focused on discussing and agreeing on the preliminary list of candidates for the District People's Council for the 2016-2021 term, which is 74 people. Of which, the district-level agencies have 31 delegates, accounting for 42%; the sectors and enterprises have 16 delegates, accounting for 22%; the communes and towns have 27 delegates, accounting for 36%.

Up to this point, Quynh Luu district has completed the list of candidates, brief biographies of candidates and the minutes of the conference to collect voters' opinions at the workplace, ensuring the correct consultation process to introduce candidates for the district People's Council.

The second consultation conference of Nghia Dan district had 73 comrades nominated as candidates for the People's Council, out of a total of 40 elected delegates of the district. Of which, the structure of female delegates was 26 comrades, accounting for 35.6%; young delegates under 35 years old, accounting for 39.7%; delegates who were ethnic minorities accounted for 23.3%; delegates who were religious people accounted for 4.1%.
