Coach Park Hang Seo worried about bad weather in China

On the morning of January 3, the U23 Vietnam team continued their training session at the Jinshan Sports Center in Shanghai. The sudden change in weather with prolonged cold rain forced coach Park Hang Seo to adjust the training volume to ensure the health of his players.

The first few hours in China, although the weather was quite cold with temperatures ranging from 10-12 degrees Celsius, it was very clear and dry so it did not affect the team's training plan much.
However, according to information from the VFF media department, the light rains that lasted from last night until this morning have not stopped, pushing the temperature down to 8 degrees Celsius, causing high humidity, causing cold when exercising outdoors. This makes Coach Park Hang Seo quite worried because this is the period close to the competition day, so health issues must be the top priority.

Due to unfavorable weather conditions, Coach Park Hang Seo proactively adjusted the training volume to ensure the health of the players and the training session was only limited to 40 minutes. After the warm-up, the Korean coach divided the team into attack and defense drills on 2/3 of the field.
