Support 145 million VND to build gratitude houses for martyrs' relatives in Nghi Loc
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 13, the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs coordinated with Nghi Loc district to award 145 million (of which the source of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs is 100 million VND, Nghi Loc district 40 million and Nghi Trung commune 5 million) to support the construction of gratitude houses for Ms. Nguyen Thi Que in hamlet 9, Nghi Trung commune and Ms. Truong Thi Van in hamlet 2, Nghi Phong commune (Nghi Loc).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Que, born in 1946, is the wife of martyr Nguyen Van Chuong who died in the resistance war against the US to save the country. Her family is in difficult circumstances, the mother alone has to raise 3 children to go to school, she is currently living in a dilapidated house, not ensuring living conditions, especially during the rainy season.
As for Mrs. Truong Thi Van, a near-poor household in Nghi Phong commune, her husband passed away. She worships her parents-in-law and two martyrs: Tran Viet Dinh, who died in 1954, and martyr Tran Viet Hanh, who died in 1978.
