(Baonghean.vn) - Voters in some localities requested the province to increase investment in cement for people to build rural roads and support funding for building intra-field canals to speed up the progress of new rural construction.

The province's policy of investment and support for cement to support the construction of rural roads is implemented according to Decision No. 48/2015/QD-UBND, dated August 31, 2015 of the Provincial People's Committee ''on promulgating regulations on incentive policies to support the construction of new rural areas in Nghe An province in the period of 2015-2020'', in which the province only supports cement for communes that register to meet the standards with specific norms: 6 km/commune for plain communes, 8km/commune for communes of 6 mountainous districts.

The consolidation of canals is carried out according to Decision 87/2014/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2014 ''on a number of policies to support investment in agricultural and rural development in Nghe An province''. The People's Committees of districts are requested to direct functional departments and offices to guide the People's Committees of communes to implement the above regulations.
