On the evening of February 9, the Department of HealthNghe AnInformation: During the day, the whole province administered 43,290 injections.Vaccinefor people. Of which, 42,880 doses are for people aged 18 and over and 410 doses are for people aged 12-17.
Up to now, for people over 18 years old, the whole province has had 2,004,608 people fully vaccinated with the basic dose (accounting for 102.2% of people aged 18 and over and 60.2% of Nghe An province's population); 2,015,786 people vaccinated with at least 1 dose (accounting for 102.8% of people aged 18 and over and 60.5% of Nghe An province's population); 1,142,704 people vaccinated with the supplementary/booster dose (accounting for 58.3% of people aged 18 and over who have fully vaccinated with the basic dose).

For children aged 12-17, 267,348 have received 2 doses of Pfizer (accounting for 97.4% of children in this age group); 276,868 have received at least 1 dose (accounting for 100.9% of children in this age group).
At this time, Nghe An is widely implementing the Spring Vaccination Campaign in all localities across the province with 2 injections 47 and 48. The total number of doses allocated for both injections is 378,150 doses... As of February 6, the whole province has injected 221,857 injections. It is expected that today, the vaccines allocated in injections 47 and 48 will be fully vaccinated by all localities.
In order for the Spring Vaccination Campaign to be implemented effectively, in recent days, the Steering Committee, the Provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Command Center and the Nghe An Department of Health have issued many directive documents and organized inspection teams to vaccinate against Covid-19 in localities.
Through inspection, the provincial leaders and the Nghe An Department of Health acknowledged and highly appreciated the participation of localities in implementing Covid-19 vaccination; at the same time, they requested localities to mobilize the entire political system to review the list of subjects who have not been vaccinated or have not received enough doses of vaccine, and fully vaccinate the people.
Localities need to organize mobile vaccination teams to go to the homes of people who are not in good health and are traveling to vaccination sites; promote communication work so that people understand, raise awareness and responsibility to participate in vaccination.
