After the announcement of the expected content and program of the 5th session presented by National Assembly delegate Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh, many voters reflected their thoughts and aspirations.

Expressing his agreement and support for the Party's fight against corruption, voter Tran Van Hoa (Van An hamlet, Van Dien commune) raised concerns that the more corruption is fought, the more officials with violations are discovered and punished.

Therefore, the Party and the National Assembly need to research to find solutions to manage and supervise cadres more effectively, contributing to effective corruption prevention, especially not losing cadres.

Voter Hoa also recommended that the National Assembly, the State, and the Government pay attention to directing and supporting agricultural production, avoiding spontaneous production without planning and the consequences of good harvest but low price, good price but bad harvest.

Besides, the State also needs to have a clear strategy for human resource training, avoiding widespread training, causing waste of resources.

Voter Bui Huu Trung (Nam Dan town) expressed his opinion that the State has a policy to support operating costs for residential areas, but currently, it is unreasonable to apply the same level for both residential areas with large populations and small populations.

Many voters also proposed that the National Assembly, the State, and the Government increase the monthly allowance for parents of martyrs; increase the allowance to increase the responsibility of the hamlet-level team; have strict sanctions to create deterrence for violations of traffic safety in general and the circulation of oversized and overloaded vehicles; and pay attention to policies to support young people to borrow capital to get rich in their hometowns.

At the end of the meeting with voters, State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc thanked and fully accepted the voters' dedicated and responsible opinions.

Explaining the opinion of voter Tran Thi Hong (Van Dien Secondary School) on solutions to attract talented people to the education sector, delegate Ho Duc Phoc said that the reality is that the input to the education sector is low, which means that the output capacity of teachers is weak, so it will not produce good students. The Provincial National Assembly Delegation accepted this opinion of the voter to propose to the National Assembly, the Government and the Central Ministries and branches to soon have a solution.

Regarding the opinion of voter Tran Dinh Tho (Van Dien commune) about the difference between the low compensation price for land for people but the much higher selling price of enterprises for urban projects, the State Auditor General affirmed that in that selling price, enterprises must include the money that enterprises pay to the state budget when converting land use purposes and infrastructure investment money.

In response to voters' suggestions on solutions to manage and supervise officials to prevent corruption, delegate Ho Duc Phoc said that the Party, National Assembly, State and Government are focusing on building and perfecting mechanisms and policies so that officials do not dare to be corrupt, do not want to be corrupt, and gradually push back this evil.
