* Mr. Doan Hong Vu - Member of Provincial Party Committee, DirectorNghe An Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs with leaders of Yen Thanh districtvisited, gave gifts and 10 million VND in cash to the family of war invalid Thai Van Khe (born in 1949) in Quang Long village, Quang Thanh commune.

In 1968, Mr. Khe joined the army in the C1-D2-E27 battlefield, Quang Tri. In 1969, while directly fighting on the battlefield, he was seriously injured and was captured by the enemy. At the end of 1972, he was taken to Con Dao prison. During his revolutionary activities, he was imprisoned and tortured by the enemy in Con Dao. Mr. Khe suffered many injuries.

This activity was carried out at Tan Son 1 Primary School in Huong Son Commune. The 91 children who received meals were mainly ethnic minorities living far from the school. Each meal was guaranteed to be nutritious and worth 12,000 VND/child.
