UN Security Council members on Monday failed to adopt Russia's agenda during a meeting on the crisis with Ukraine.

Four members of the Security Council voted in favor of the agenda, seven voted against, and four abstained.

"The provisional agenda has not been adopted. The agenda could not receive the necessary number of votes," said the President of the UN Security Council.
