Starting from November 13, the program “Warm Winter 2017 - Burning the Flame of Love” was officially launched. This is a milestone marking the strong return of the charity program “Warm Winter” organized annually by the association of Nghe - Tinh students in Hanoi.

This year, the Winter Warmth 2017 program will come to the poor people of Luong Minh commune, Tuong Duong, specifically 4 villages: Dua village, Minh Thanh village, Minh Tien village and Cham Puong village. These are the 4 most difficult villages in the region. The residents are mainly Thai and Khmu ethnic groups with a low population density of nearly 500 households, but up to 96% are poor households...

Luong Minh Commune, Tuong Duong is one of the mountainous communes with many difficulties in Nghe An.

Currently, the Liaison Committee coordinates with 24 volunteer units at different universities in Hanoi to organize a series of programs and fundraising activities with many donation points.

Some of the activities that have been carried out by volunteers include fundraising at Van Quan Lake (Ha Dong), selling cakes to raise funds, the campaign of 10,000 2,000 VND bills for "Warmer Winter" of the Nghe Tinh Association at Hanoi Law University...

Many fundraising activities of Nghe Tinh Association are still taking place and will take place in the coming time.

With the participation of many members of the clusters, the green volunteer color of Nghe Tinh has been spread and expanded to many locations in Hanoi. Many fundraising activities are still taking place and will take place in the future.
