Contest "Farmers propagate crime prevention"

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 27, the Farmers' Association of Do Luong district organized a competition on crime prevention and control in 2015.

Attending were comrade Luu Van Binh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, Nguyen Van Huong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Union.

Participating in the contest were 3 teams from Town, Boi Son and Thuong Son. The content of the contest focused on learning about crime prevention and control and the policies and resolutions of the Party and State on crime prevention; how to respond to situations that occur in crime prevention and control work and performing skits with the theme of crime prevention.

The contest includes the following parts: greeting, answering questions and behavioral competition. The contest aims to strengthen the propaganda, education, dissemination of the Party and State's guidelines, policies and laws on crime prevention; raise awareness of the Farmers' Association members and crime prevention work, thereby doing a good job of preventing, fighting and stopping all types of crimes and social evils.

Through the contest, it creates conditions for members to exchange and learn from each other, sharing experiences in crime prevention, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility for protecting political security and social order and safety in rural areas.

Result: Town Farmers Association won first prize, Boi Son won second prize and Thuong Son won third prize.
