Today (December 8), Nghe An Provincial People's Council held a discussion in the hall and organized a question and answer session.

In the morning, the Provincial People's Council will listen to the Heads of the 4 discussion groups on the afternoon of December 7 presenting a report summarizing the group's discussion opinions. After that, the sessions will discuss in the hall the issues of concern to the delegates.

During the group discussion session, delegates had many opinions related to strengthening coordination in handling procedures, speeding up disbursement of public investment capital; administrative reform; clarifying problems related to bidding for drugs and medical supplies; removing difficulties, speeding up the implementation of 3 National Target Programs and many other contents to remove "bottlenecks" in socio-economic development.

In the afternoon of the same day, the meeting will conduct a question-and-answer session with two contents of special interest to the people and voters, including:

Prevention and overcoming of consequences caused by natural disasters, especially the effects of floods; management and operation of irrigation and hydroelectric reservoirs during the rainy season.

The province's allocation of counterpart funds to implement investment programs, projects and policies in ethnic minority areas follows the prescribed structure of each program, project and policy to promote all resources to invest in ethnic minority areas for rapid and sustainable development.
