Today, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.
The discussion session on this content will take place on the afternoon of June 6 at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House.
On June 6, the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly entered its 15th working day, chaired by comrade Tran Thanh Man - Politburo member, Chairman of the National Assembly.
In the working program, the National Assembly continued to question the fourth group of issues in the field of culture, sports and tourism on the morning of June 6. Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung and related Government members continued to answer questions on the fourth group of issues in the field of culture, sports and tourism.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, authorized by the Prime Minister, clarified a number of issues in four groups of questions and directly answered questions; before National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man delivered his closing remarks at the question and answer session.

In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly listened to the Presentation and Report on the Juvenile Justice Law Project; discussed in the hall the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province. Minister of Planning and Investment Nguyen Chi Dung will explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies regarding the draft Resolution.
Previously, at the working session on May 31, the National Assembly listened to comrade Nguyen Chi Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Planning and Investment, authorized by the Prime Minister, present the Draft Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province and discussed in groups.
The National Assembly's draft Resolution includes 14 specific policies for the development of Nghe An province in 4 groups of fields: State financial and budget management (4 policies); investment management (6 policies); urban and forest resource management (2 policies); organizational structure and staffing (2 policies).
Of these, 2 completely similar policies have been allowed by the National Assembly to be applied in other localities; 8 similar policies have been allowed by the National Assembly to be applied in other localities, with adjustments and supplements to suit the reality of Nghe An province or similar to the draft revised Law on the Capital; 4 newly proposed policies are suitable for the development reality of Nghe An province.
The Government submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval of the draft Resolution on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province to institutionalize Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
