Sharing with the press, Mr. Vu The Binh, Vice President of the Vietnam Tourism Association, expressed his wish: “Vietnamese people sometimes live a bit arbitrarily, and their behavior is not practiced much. Recently, the domestic press has spread images of Vietnamese people jostling, pushing, and littering, which are bad traits of Vietnamese people.
Faced with that image, Vietnam tourism launched a campaign to revive Vietnamese people's behavior.
Mr. Binh also called on everyone to practice 10 good behaviors and manners when traveling.
After the program, more than 2,000 students attended the ceremony to pick up trash and clean up the environment at the Vietnam Exhibition Center and on some streets of Hanoi.
