More than 200 delegates attended training on drafting legal documents
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of August 29, in Vinh City, the Department of Justice held a Training Conference on professional skills in the work of drafting, reviewing, and systematizing legal documents of People's Councils and People's Committees at the provincial and district levels.
The conference was attended by more than 200 delegates who are civil servants working in consulting, building, checking, reviewing and systematizing documents.legal(QPPL) at departments, branches, and sectors; civil servants of the Department of Justice, Office of People's Council - People's Committee at all levels in the province.
In recent times, with the attention of all levels and sectors, the work of inspecting and reviewing legal documents has been carried out regularly, thereby reducing the issuance of legal documents that are contrary to regulations, causing overlap, expiration or no longer suitable to the local socio-economic situation. However, this work still has some shortcomings and limitations such as: Some localities have not clearly identified the characteristics and nature of legal documents; the order of developing procedures is still confusing, especially in developing specific policies...
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoan - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice said that in order to ensure the quality and progress of the systematization of legal documents nationwide, training and guidance on skills and expertise in the work are very necessary. At the same time, he expressed his hope that the conference would become a forum for delegates to discuss and share difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing tasks at the grassroots level.
At the conference, delegates listened to comrade Tran Viet Duc - Deputy Head of the Legal Affairs Department, Department of General Lawmaking Issues - Ministry of Justice discuss 3 topics: How to draft legal documents; Procedures for reviewing legal documents and Skills for reviewing and systematizing legal documents to serve the implementation of the task of systematizing legal documents in the period of 2019 - 2023.
In addition, delegates also participated in answering multiple choice questions related to the training content to better understand the work of building, reviewing and systematizing legal documents.
