Vehicles have their badges revoked for exceeding the speed limit 5 times/1,000km within 1 month, according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 10, Article 22 of Decree 10/2020 of the Government regulating business and conditions for transport business.
Among the 266 vehicles whose badges were revoked, there were 24 buses. In addition to speeding 5 times per 1,000 km traveled in 1 month, these 24 buses also stopped and picked up and dropped off passengers beyond the prescribed time.
Nghe An Department of Transport requires transport businesses whose vehicles have their badges revoked to return the badges to the department within 7 days from the date of the decision and not to use the vehicles for transport business during the revocation period. At the same time, the Traffic Inspectorate will monitor the submission of badges and resolutely handle if these vehicles continue to operate during the period of having their badges revoked.

Clause 7 and Clause 12, Article 22 of Decree 10/2020/ND-CP stipulate:
