More than 60 female cadres attended the training course on Confident Integration of Female Leaders
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 28, Nghe An Provincial Women's Union coordinated with the International Department, Central Committee of Vietnam Women's Union to organize a training course for the Group of female leaders with confidence in integration.
Attending the training course were leaders of the International Department, Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; officers of the United Nations Development Program in Vietnam; lecturers from the Center for Gender Studies and Women's Leadership - National Academy of Public Administration.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Tran Thi My Hanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; leaders of the Provincial Women's Union and more than 60 trainees who are female National Assembly deputies, provincial People's Council deputies for the 2021-2026 term; female leaders and planners at provincial departments, branches, and unions...

The training program aims to equip students with basic knowledge and skills about the international integration process, affirming the role of women in international relations. During the 1-day session, the trainees were given some knowledge about foreign affairs and integration (negotiation, protocol, foreign affairs); FTAs, new generation FTAs; women and the role of the Women's Leadership Group. Leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union discussed the Resolution on Supporting Women.international integrationby 2030; strengthen coordination between the Association and departments, branches and sectors to implement the Resolution.
