According to Article 76 of the LawOccupational safety and healthEvery year, employers must develop and implement a labor safety and hygiene plan. For work arising during the planning year, appropriate content must be added to the labor safety and hygiene plan.
* The planning of occupational safety and hygiene must be consulted with the Executive Board of the grassroots trade union and based on the following grounds:

- Assessment of occupational safety and hygiene risks at the workplace; control of hazardous and harmful factors and emergency response plans;
- Results of occupational safety and hygiene work in the previous year;
- Tasks, directions of production and business plans and labor situation of the planning year;
- Recommendations from employees, trade unions, inspection teams and examination teams.
* Planoccupational safety and hygienemust have the following main contents:
- Technical measures for labor safety and fire and explosion prevention and fighting;
- Measures on labor hygiene techniques, prevention of harmful factors and improvement of working conditions;
- Provide personal protective equipment for workers;
- Employee health care;
- Information, propaganda, education and training on occupational safety and hygiene.
Regular health check-ups for employees are one of the contents of the annual occupational safety and health plan.
