(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of December 23, the Standing Committee of Quy Hop District Party Committee held a conference to meet and dialogue with the people in 2015. Attending the conference were comrades in the Standing Committee of Quy Hop District Party Committee and mass mobilization cadres of 14/21 communes and towns of Quy Hop district.

Before holding the conference, the grassroots mass mobilization bloc proactively sought public opinions. There were 360 comments, recommendations, and proposals on the fields of Party building, economy, society, national defense and security. In addition to listening to responses from district-level departments and branches on the comments, the conference spent most of its time on dialogue on issues such as agriculture and rural development, natural resources and environment; compensation for site clearance; education and training, etc.

The conference on contact and dialogue is a forum to expand democracy, creating an important bridge between the Party, the government and the people. This is also a program to implement Decision 2924-QD/TU dated August 30, 2012 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; Plan No. 82-KH/HU, dated April 11, 2014 of the Quy Hop District Party Committee Standing Committee on "Contact and dialogue with the people according to the Decision of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee in the district".
