Pursuant to Official Dispatch 11/CV-BCĐ guiding the new standards for commune-level civil servant titles, will cadres, civil servants, and public employees who receive regular salary increases from July 1 to December 31, 2025 be issued a Decision on regular salary increases and receive the new salary? In the last 6 months of 2025, will there be an early salary increase for cadres, civil servants, and public employees?
