On October 6, 2023, at the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure, the Party Central Committee elected Mr. Le Hoai Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission, to hold the position of member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat of the 13th tenure.
