Connect and share labor market information
The labor market information system is connected and shares information and data with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs' Online Public Service Portal, the National Public Service Portal and other information systems and databases as prescribed by law.
That is one of the contents in Circular 01/2022/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the collection, storage and synthesis of labor market information.
The Circular clearly states the principles for collecting, storing, and synthesizing labor market information. Accordingly, the collection of labor market information must ensure timeliness, accuracy, honesty, science, objectivity, and continuity. Labor market information and data are managed, stored, and secured in accordance with the provisions of law on storage and protection of state secrets.

Plan to collect, store and synthesize labor market information to ensure timely service for state management of labor and employment and meet the requirements of socio-economic development, national defense and security; ensure that data is collected accurately, completely and systematically; meet the requirements of the National Digital Transformation Program; integrate with activities according to functions and tasks and avoid duplication or overlap of tasks.
In addition, the Circular also clearly states that agencies, organizations and individuals assigned to collect labor market information are responsible for storing information and data in accordance with the law on storing and preserving records and documents in the activities of agencies and organizations.
The agency assigned to manage labor market information and data shall have measures to ensure the safe storage of information and data, and periodically check and ensure the security of electronic information.
Information updated and shared on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Employment includes: Information and data on labor supply and demand, fluctuations in labor supply and demand in the labor market, employment status and trends; information and data on job positions that employers are looking to recruit.

Employees are responsible for providing timely and complete information on the labor and employment situation to the person directly collecting labor market information in the area or providing and updating information into the form system (digital or on paper).
Employers are responsible for providing and updating information on labor use and recruitment needs to competent authorities or providing and updating the form system (digital or paper).
This Circular takes effect from March 10, 2022.
