I was introduced to run for the People's Council of Nghe An province for the 2016 - 2021 term, which is not only an honor for myself and Nghe An Sugarcane Company Limited, but also an honor for the business community of Nghe An. If I am elected by voters as a representative of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016 - 2021 term, I will continuously study, cultivate ethics, improve my professional qualifications and skills to fulfill the duties of a people's representative with the following action program:

First: Always uphold the sense of responsibility, grasp the thoughts, aspirations and legitimate recommendations of voters to reflect to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies. Pay attention to, monitor and supervise the handling of recommendations of relevant agencies, departments and branches to ensure the implementation of the legitimate rights and interests of voters.

Second: Pay attention to the implementation of environmental and food safety laws and policies to ensure people's health; supervise the implementation of administrative reforms to contribute to building a strong public authority at all levels, avoiding causing trouble and harassment to the people; contribute ideas to build more effective, transparent and fair economic policies, creating a healthy competitive environment to promote businesses to expand production and business, attract investment and develop the economy.

Third: Pay attention and make recommendations to the Provincial People's Council when deciding on the budget, increasing investment capital for infrastructure, paying attention to the new rural construction program; social security policies, especially preferential policies for people with revolutionary contributions.

Fourth: Being introduced as a candidate in constituency No. 10, Thanh Chuong district, through understanding the actual socio-economic situation in the region, through practical management of business activities in the agricultural sector, as well as the State's policies on agriculture, farmers and rural areas, I will closely coordinate with all levels, sectors and localities, propose implementation solutions, propagate and mobilize farmers, and transform the structure of crops and livestock towards increasing added value.

Develop and expand the area of ​​high technology application to increase productivity and quality of agricultural products and industrial crops with advantages of the district. Form farms, production groups and teams, develop concentrated agricultural production areas in the direction of commodity production, form production, supply and consumption chains of products, link raw material production with product processing enterprises to increase the value chain, build brands of agricultural products.

I will connect and call on the business community of the province to invest in projects that Thanh Chuong district is calling for such as: High-quality instant tea processing factory; High-tech medicinal essential oil processing factory; Wood and clean coal processing factory; Brick and tile factory... to both solve the output problem for agricultural products, increase income for farmers, and create more jobs for workers.
