Opening of the non-concentrated Advanced Politics class, course 2017-2019

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 5, at the Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the opening ceremony of the Advanced Political Theory class, non-concentrated system, course 2017 - 2019.

The non-concentrated Advanced Political Theory Class, K68-B03, 2017-2019 course, has 90 students who are cadres in the planning of departments, branches, sectors, unions, districts and cities of the province.

During nearly 2 years, students will be equipped with in-depth knowledge of Marxism-Leninism; Ho Chi Minh Thought; the revolutionary path of the Communist Party of Vietnam; History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Party building; issues of political science and leadership, management; new knowledge of domestic and international economics, society, politics...

In addition to theory, students will be taught leadership, management, and situation handling skills in directing, operating, researching, and synthesizing from practice...

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Viet Thao - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized the importance of training, fostering and improving the qualifications of the provincial leadership and management staff at all levels. The province always pays special attention to training, perfecting and building the staff. This includes training for advanced political theory classes.

The comrades affirmed that studying and researching political theory is identified as an urgent task in the current period, especially in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII) to overcome the manifestations of ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation of a significant number of cadres and party members.

Thereby, building a team of provincial cadres who are strong in ideology and politics, have knowledge and practical working capacity, have new, creative and breakthrough ways of doing things, contributing to the development of Nghe An province.

On the side of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, we will continue to strengthen discipline in the Advanced Political Theory class; at the same time, we will pay attention to arranging qualified and experienced lecturers to participate in teaching so that students can absorb the best knowledge.

The Provincial Political School, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Class Organizing Committee need to coordinate well in classroom management; create all favorable conditions in terms of facilities throughout the training process so that lecturers and students can complete the program, goals and requirements of the course.
