The 2018 Con Temple Festival will take place on March 7 and 8 (ie January 20 and 21 of the Lunar calendar). The festival has two main parts: The ceremony part, including the opening ceremony, the announcement ceremony, the opening ceremony, the praying for fish ceremony, the rite ceremony...; The festival part includes an art photo exhibition, a bird contest, art performances, and sports competitions such as volleyball, pole pushing, boat racing...

The Con Temple Festival is held annually by the people with the wish for a year of calm weather, calm seas, good seafood catches, and praying for luck and peace; it is a traditional folk cultural activity imbued with the local character of the fishermen. Up to now, in the spiritual life of the people, Con Temple is considered the most sacred temple in Nghe An.
