Opening of the preparatory session of the Tan Ky District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025

The 21st Congress of Tan Ky District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 took place with the theme: "Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system; Promoting the strength of great solidarity, maintaining discipline, innovation and creativity; Effectively exploiting the district's potential, making the most of all resources, comprehensively developing the socio-economy, ensuring national defense and security, bringing Tan Ky to rapid and sustainable development".

Speaking at the opening of the preparatory session, comrade Phan Van Giap - Standing Deputy Secretary of Tan Ky District Party Committee requested delegates to promote their sense of responsibility, focus on discussion, contribute ideas, and unify the contents to contribute to the success of the Congress.

At the preparatory session, the Congress voted to approve the list of the Presidium consisting of 7 comrades; the Secretariat consisting of 2 comrades; and the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee consisting of 5 comrades.

The Congress voted to approve the Program, Working Regulations, and Internal Rules of the Congress; thoroughly grasped the basic contents of the Party's Election Regulations. The Congress also listened to a report summarizing opinions and participated in discussions and comments on the draft documents of the 13th National Party Congress and the Political Report of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

All comments agreed with the structure, layout, presentation method, and problem-posing methods mentioned in the draft documents submitted to the 13th National Party Congress, prepared by the 18th Provincial Party Executive Committee; the preparation of the documents was methodical, elaborate, serious, and of high quality.

The draft documents have mentioned the fundamental issues of the country and the province, correctly and objectively assessed the achieved results, limitations, weaknesses, close to the actual situation; identified goals, tasks, clearly oriented tasks, solutions, specific, feasible, suitable to the reality of the country and the province.

The 21st Tan Ky District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, will take place in 1.5 days (from the afternoon of August 5 to August 6). The Congress will elect the 21st Tan Ky District Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025; and elect a delegation to attend the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

The Congress will approve the Political Report of the 20th Tan Ky District Party Executive Committee, to be submitted to the 21st Congress of Delegates for the 2020-2025 term; Focus on discussing and contributing ideas to the development orientations and tasks of Tan Ky district in the coming term.

The Congress will pass the Resolution of the 21st Congress of Tan Ky District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, which sets out directions, goals, tasks and solutions to help Tan Ky district continue to develop rapidly and sustainably in the coming term.
