From April 25, 2017, Khanh Quynh bus route No. 31 started running a new route with the departure point from Do Luong Town to the final stop at Con Cuong Town, Con Cuong District.

The specific itinerary of bus route number 31 Khanh Quynh includes:Vinh city (Nghe An Pedagogical College - Le Viet Thuat - Nguyen Phong Sac - Ton That Tung - Nguyen Gia Thieu - Vo Nguyen Hien - Phong Dinh Cang - Nguyen Du - Le Duan - Tran Phu - Quang Trung - Le Hong Phong - Nguyen Van Cu - Nguyen Sy Sach - Mai Hac De - Nguyen Trai) - National Highway 1A - Road N5 - National Highway 7A - Con Cuong Town and vice versa.

The route along National Highway 7A from Do Luong Town will pass through Anh Son and Con Cuong towns.
