Examination, consultation and free medicine distribution for 500 people in Tan Ky
(Baonghean.vn) - In Giai Xuan commune, Tan Ky district, more than 35 students from Nghe An studying at Hanoi Medical University have had many meaningful volunteer activities.

This time, the volunteer team organized free medical examinations, consultations and medicine distribution for nearly 500 people (of which about 200 were children) in Giai Xuan commune, Tan Ky district. To make the activity effective, the SVTN invited 7 doctors (from Nghe An who studied at Hanoi Medical University) who are working at: Viet Duc Hospital, Bach Mai Hospital, Hanoi Medical University Hospital..., 1 doctor specializing in diagnostic imaging, 2 specializing in Pediatrics, currently working at Nghe An General Hospital and 1 pharmacist currently working at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Vinh Medical University.
Along with that, the volunteer team will coordinate with the Youth Union of Giai Xuan commune to organize many meaningful activities such as: Building a volleyball court, building a clean water tank at Giai Xuan Primary School, instructing basic life skills for children, helping people dredge canals, building yards (with cement) for policy families...
