Urgently review resources and estimate funding to implement specific policies in 2023

On April 3, 2023, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Official Dispatch No. 2316/UBND-TH requesting departments, branches and sectors to urgently review resources and estimate funding for implementing specific policies in 2023 before submitting them to the Provincial People's Council meetings in 2023.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to continue to synthesize and closely review plans and programs for drafting resolutions to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council sessions; request the Provincial People's Court and the departments and sectors: Education and Training, Health, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Provincial Police to estimate the funding needs to implement the policy issued in 2023.
The budget estimates must be completed and sent to the Department of Finance before April 8, 2023 for synthesis and to have a basis for balancing the budget, ensuring the feasibility of the resolution after it is issued.
Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Justice to synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee before April 15, 2023 to submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to unify the list of proposals for drafting resolutions in 2023.
