Inauguration of Van Dong bridge in Dien Van commune (Dien Chau)
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Dien Van Commune (Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province) and Nong Thon Viet Magazine have just held the inauguration ceremony of Van Dong Bridge project.

Van Dong Bridge is located in Dong Phu hamlet, connecting the two banks of Le canal and is one of the important traffic routes of the city.Dien Van communewith neighboring communes. Built in 1990, after more than 30 years of use, the bridge has been damaged and seriously degraded.
In 2021, with the encouragement of the Organizing Committee of the Rural Bridge Program - Vietnam Rural Magazine, Dong A Chau Duc Joint Stock Company sponsored the construction of the new Van Dong bridge. The Van Dong bridge is 15m long, 5.5m wide, and has a load capacity of 5 tons with a total construction cost of 3 billion VND.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Ho Xuan Hung -Chairman of the General Association of Agriculture and Rural Developmentwelcomed the spirit of solidarity, mutual love, and participation in building rural areas with many difficulties of the sponsoring unit and the organizing committee of the Rural Bridge Program. At the same time, Mr. Ho Xuan Hung encouraged the locality to continue to strive to implement the criteria in building new rural areas, developing the socio-economy, and improving the quality of people's lives.
On behalf of the sponsor, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang - Editor-in-Chief of Nong Thon Viet Magazine suggested that local leaders strengthen connections with people far from home to attract investment and sponsorship to build their homeland to develop more and more.
