Survey of medical service prices at the Southwest Regional General Hospital
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 8, the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council conducted a survey on the implementation of price regulations for some medical examination and treatment services according to Resolution No. 56/2012/NQ-HDND of the province at the Southwest Regional General Hospital.

However, the implementation of Resolution 56 of the Provincial People's Council and Decision 72 of the Provincial People's Committee on regulating prices of some medical services is also revealing some difficulties for hospitals. For example, there are some service categories included in Circular 23 of the Ministry of Health but not according to provincial regulations, causing difficulties in setting prices for settlement for the health insurance agency. Some technical unit prices are lower than the actual implementation of the hospital. In addition, the survey team also recorded some recommendations related to the procedures for settlement of health insurance regimes, which are causing difficulties for hospitals. There is still a shortage of doctors, and there are not many highly qualified doctors, affecting the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people.
