Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

Implementing Conclusion No. 100-KL/TW, for the first time in Nghe An, a large team of social opinion collaborators has been established, covering all areas, forming an effective network. Currently, the number of collaborators at the provincial level is 35 people, and at the district level is 483 people.

According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the task of grasping public opinion and detecting problems arising at the grassroots level was carried out promptly, objectively, comprehensively and honestly by the team of collaborators and the Propaganda Department at all levels. The prominent issues that caused public outrage were consulted by the team working on public opinion and proposed to the Party Committee and the government solutions to orient, direct and solve the problem to stabilize public opinion.
