Construction of 177 billion VND market started in Tan Ky
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 15, at Lat Town of Tan Ky District, the Vietnam Market Development and Management Cooperative Union coordinated with the People's Committee of Tan Ky District to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tan Ky Market Project.
The investment, construction and business ownership project of Tan Ky market is built in block 6, Lat town, Tan Ky district, with a land use area of 7,726 m2.

The scale of the project is to build a 3-storey building, including 481 business locations, including 38 kiosks on the 3rd floor, 37 kiosks on the 2nd floor and 406 business locations in the market with a total investment of more than 177 billion VND.
Construction progress from the second quarter of 2018, completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2019. The project's operating period is 50 years.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Duong Van Chien - Chairman of the Vietnam Market Development Association said: The project to build, manage and exploit Tan Ky market is invested in the form of socialization. In order to ensure the project's progress, the Vietnam Market Development and Management Cooperative Union has proactively prepared well the conditions such as: Capital, materials, human resources, and construction organization to complete the project according to the set plan.

After the Tan Ky market project is completed and put into operation, it will contribute to creating a new look, harmonious architectural space, spacious urban landscape, ensuring security and order, meeting the business and trading needs of customers; At the same time, creating a cultural lifestyle, civilized commerce in business, creating new jobs for workers, promoting economic restructuring in Tan Ky district as well as in the region.
